A very packed house for the local finals at The Hideaway in Salida...are you in this picture?

More fans and spectators at The Hideaway...
maybe you're in this picture??

The Hideaway on Highway 291 in Salida is a restaurant and brewery... and they're always ready to serve you an ice cold one!

One of our youngest country music fans in the
Upper Arkansas Valley dancin' to the music!

Nothin' like the view from the shoulders of your Dad... primo spot to see all the action!

Congratulations to Alan Pursell of Salida,
our local winner of the Colgate Country Showdown!

Alan grew up with Classic Country music and loves it still to this day. The judges and audience loved his singing! By the way, check out his's an old George Strait guitar and autographed by George! Maybe it's Alan's lucky charm?

Jared Bradford was the runner-up and
sang Garth Brooks song "Friends in Low Places" and wowed the judges!

Congratulations and a big thanks for participating to all of our qualifiers!

We'd also like to thank our sponsors...The Hideaway of Salida, The Fallen Bikers Memorial Rally, Cross Music.

Good luck Alan at the Colgate Country Showdown Finals in Denver from all of us at Eagle Country 104!
